Yesterday I had an appointment with our wonderful Orthopedic surgeon – Dr Oscar Oeding, where he confirmed surgery was necessary to avoid further damage as I am soon to travel from Costa Rica and need to be in good shape also as I could not walk at all with the pain!
So today at 8am I had arthroscopic meniscus tear surgery with Dr Oeding at Hospital Clinica Biblica – again a very smooth process with a lovely english speaking team and I felt completely at ease with the whole process.
This experience reminded me once again what excellent health services and VIP patient care are available in our adopted country of Costa Rica, which is why we love to promote these professionals.
