March 2014  – MediTourDirect in Montreal

David Charnock, Co-Founder and Marketing Director of MediTourDirect has been out there again risking life and limb, in sub-zero temperatures, promoting our Costa Rican Providers as far away as Montreal.

David had 3 days based in Montreal, actively promoting the MediTourDirect Web sites and all our medical tourism providers in person to the Canadian market.

Whilst there, David was directly in contact with numerous operators and facilitators who are on the ground throughout Canada, generating interest in wonderful Costa Rica as well as in our Medical Tourism network.

Most noticeably he was in contact with CARP – the retiree association in Canada who actively market to 45+ year olds as well as ‘Zoomers’ -Baby Boomers in Canada.

Montreal Medical International Inc. were also actively in discussions with David and have a great interest in promoting themselves further in Costa Rica

David also re-established contact with International Health Care providers, whom MediTourDirect had previously met in the Worldwide Medical Tourism Congress in Las Vegas in November 2013.

Medextra were also contacted and will be a new possibility for the company going forward.

Meditours org, although concentrating primarily in India, have been presented with details of our company.

Contact with Passport Medical was made and they will be included in our mailing list going forward to be up to date with all the latest Medical Tourism developments in Costa Rica.

The trip. Although VERY cold, was fruitful and there is a great potential there as well as obviously in the States – several  trips to the USA are planned for the coming months.

We shall keep promoting wherever we go!
